How does the booking process work?

Choose your camper and travel dates, receive a personalized quote, and confirm with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is paid before pickup.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer reduced rates for trips of 15 days or longer. We also offer the Patagonia Pass, a fixed 28-day block at one flat rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

International bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

Do I need a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a security deposit of $1,500,000 CLP (or $2,000,000 CLP for trips into Argentina), refunded within 48 hours of return.

Where can I pick up the camper?

Our main base is in Puerto Varas, Chile. Pickup and drop-off is also available for a fee at Puerto Montt Airport, Coyhaique (Balmaceda) and Puerto Natales.

Do I need a special license?

A valid driver's license from your country. Minimum age 25, manual transmission experience required.

Can I safely drive the Carretera Austral?

Yes. Our 4x4 camper trucks are built for Patagonia roads, gravel sections, and remote travel across southern Chile.

What is included inside the camper?

Accepted Answer

Diesel heater, kitchen kit, fridge, solar setup, bedding, and an outdoor table and chairs.

How does insurance work?

Accepted Answer

Insurance is included, with a deductible of approximately 1,000 EUR.
